Linda Ronstadt popped up unexpectedly- I don't think Ive seen/heard her live since the 70's!
The VIP thing rocked! Now, I'll always want that box!
Sash decided to have a party here tomorrow night- nothing out of control - just about 8 kids, the horror movie channel and lots of sugary foods. As a matter of fact, Scotto is downstairs right now making carmel corn.

Scotto's Carmel corn
pop 6-10 quarts of freshly popped popcorn.

Melt one cup of butter
stir in 2 cups of brown sugar and 1/2 cup of corn syrup.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil without stirring for 5 min.
Remove from heat
stir in 1/2 teasp. baking soda and one tsp vanilla.
The liquid will foam up after the soda is added.
Gradually pour over popcorn -mixing well.
Turn into 2 large shallow baking pans.
Bake 250, one hour, Stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove from oven-
cool completely...break apart..
