NEW YORK Scripps Howard News Service (SHNS) is once again conducting its "Celebrity Super Bowl Poll."

Participants in the 18th annual survey include actors Paul Newman and Sylvester Stallone, politicians John Kerry and John McCain, basketball star Dwyane Wade, tennis star Serena Williams, golfers Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus, and others. The person who picks the winning team and most closely predicts the final score takes home the "Super Sage Award" trophy.

The winner will be announced this Monday -- soon after the big Sunday-night game between the Indianapolis Colts and the Chicago Bears.

Previous winners include Congressman Jack Murtha (2006), actor Dennis Farina (2005), and Grateful Dead guitarist Bob Weir (2004).

SHNS is marketed by United Media.
